Cordyceps flower and winter melon soup
Overview
In summer, I like this kind of clear soup. After boiling it, let it cool down naturally. You can drink it whenever you want. It’s quite delicious. Mima has a cold constitution and cannot drink soup that is too cold. Otherwise, it will be more beautiful if you put it in the refrigerator to cool down before drinking it.

Wash the winter melon, no need to peel it, and cut into cubes.

Cut ginger into large pieces.

Add water to the soup pot, add the sliced winter melon, washed Cordyceps flowers, sliced ginger, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

After boiling, season with brown sugar.
