Wild rice braised pork
Overview
My husband loves braised pork, but I always find it too greasy and don't like to cook it. But to satisfy my husband's appetite, I often add some vegetables in a different way. It still has the taste of braised pork, but with the addition of vegetables, it is relatively healthier. What makes me happy is that no matter what vegetables are added, he still likes to eat it, haha, success! Today I used wild rice to make braised pork. I like this combination myself, especially the wild rice in it. And today I used my Zwilling pot to make the braised pork. I didn’t add any oil and it was not easy to add water. It only took more than 20 minutes to prepare the braised pork. It took nearly an hour less than usual. The stewed meat was also very good and tasted very good.
