Cut onions into slices and set aside.

Cut the pork into small slices.

Cut beans and eggplant into sections and set aside.

Prepare the auxiliary ingredients. It is not advisable to eat too many condiments in summer. The simpler the better.

Heat oil in a cold pan.

Add onions and add a little salt to taste.

Then add the prepared eggplant and beans and stir-fry until cooked. Add a little light soy sauce to enhance the flavor and color. If you feel it is a bit salty before serving, you can add some water.
