Cherry Custard Pudding
Overview
It’s my first time to bake pudding, and it turned out pretty well. Changdi’s version 3.5 CKTF-32GS has easy temperature control, with separate upper and lower tubes and independent temperature control switches. At least you don’t have to worry about it getting burnt. This is also my first time using it. It feels like crossing the river by feeling for stones. Only by slowly understanding its temperament can we better enjoy the happiness that baking brings us.

Boil the milk to about 45 degrees.

Add sugar to milk.

Add a pinch of salt and mix well.

Pour the milk into the egg mixture. Mix well.

Sieve the pudding liquid two or three times.

Pour the pudding liquid into the mold. Add hot water to the baking pan. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, with upper and lower heat.

Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

Take out the pudding and sprinkle with a little sugar.

Put it back in the oven, turn up the heat to 185 degrees, and bake for five minutes.
