Crispy Banana
Overview
1. The ketchup is made by children and has no shape. When cooking by yourself, you can put the banana on the plate and squeeze the ketchup in a circle. 2. Bread crumbs can be divided into white, yellow, and colored. The most commonly used one is yellow. The color is beautiful when fried, and you can buy it in supermarkets. Other colors have the same effect. 3. Use a small bowl to hold bread crumbs and starch. You can pour them in in batches to prevent waste. 4. One egg can wrap 4 to 5 bananas, and the unused egg liquid can be spread directly on the eggs and eaten. 5. The frying time should be short. The bananas and bread crumbs are both ripe. The function of frying is to hang the bread crumbs on the bananas. Just flip them back and forth and fry them twice.

Cut the banana into pieces and beat the eggs.

Use 2 small bowls to hold bread crumbs and starch respectively. (When I took the photo, I placed the wrong bowl and didn’t take the starch).

Coat bananas with starch.

Roll bananas in egg wash and then roll in bread crumbs.

Put oil (more oil) in the pot and heat it to 50% to 60% over medium heat. (Put a chopstick into the oil and small bubbles will appear around the chopstick).

Turn to low heat, add banana segments, flip over with chopsticks and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

Put some tomato sauce on top.
