Pumpkin Peanut Porridge
Overview
After autumn, old pumpkins are on the market in large quantities and are cheap. When cooked into porridge, they are soft, glutinous and sweet. Adding a spoonful of crushed peanuts has the effect of beautifying and detoxifying.

Cut pumpkin into small pieces.

Crush the peanuts in a food processor.

Put water in the pot, pour in the pumpkin and cook.

Add the chopped peanuts and cook for 15 minutes.

Cook until pumpkin is soft

Stir the flour with water and pour it into the pot.

Stir constantly with a spoon to spread the batter so it doesn't stick to the pan or form lumps.

Simmer for another 5 minutes and remove from the pan.
