Material: broad beans

Water chestnuts (peeled), carrots (sliced)

Peel and wash the broad beans and set aside.

Place the peeled water chestnuts on a chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Then, blanch the peeled broad beans in boiling water for 1 minute, then remove and set aside.

Then, blanch the sliced carrots in boiling water, take them out and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped water chestnuts and stir-fry.

Then, add the blanched broad beans and carrots and stir-fry.

Finally, add a pinch of salt.

Add a little chicken essence.

Season, stir-fry and serve.

Remove from pan and plate.
