One pack of rice cake premix powder.

Unwrap the rice noodles and place in a large bowl.

Add 345 grams of water and mix evenly without dry flour. Then cover the large bowl with plastic wrap and place it next to the heater to ferment for 12-15 hours. If there is no heater at home and the room temperature is low, just extend the fermentation time.

Add the packet and 50g of white sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.

Pour the rice cereal into the mold. Steam for 15 minutes.
