Sea cucumber and scallop porridge
Overview
It is very convenient to cook porridge in a rice cooker. Put the ingredients in the pot before going to bed, and you will have delicious and nutritious porridge in the morning.

Clean the scallops.

Pre-soaked sea cucumbers. (Soaked sea cucumbers can be frozen in portions and eaten as needed.)

Cut the sea cucumber into small pieces. (It’s okay not to cut it.)

Wash the rice. (There was some rice left over from dinner, so I cooked it together.)

Put the above ingredients into the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and select the porridge function to start cooking. (The ratio of rice to water is 1:7-8.)

When you wake up in the morning, the porridge is ready, just add salt to taste.
