Vegetarian fried shredded green radish
Overview
The fruit radishes grown in the vegetable field have been harvested. The emerald green color is very eye-catching and the taste is very sweet. It was the first time I ate this kind of radish. I grated it into shreds and fried it. I only added the most basic oil and salt. It felt very good.

Wash the green radish and peel the garlic cloves.

Grate the green radish into shreds, crush and chop the garlic.
