Soften the butter and add powdered sugar and beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes larger

Add egg whites in portions and beat evenly

Mix the flour and coconut flour and sift them twice and add them

Mix well and knead into a ball with your hands

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes

Take out the refrigerated dough and shape into a 3cm cylinder, then freeze until hard

Cut into 2mm slices

Place on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 155° for 10 minutes
