Remove stems from rapeseed, wash, blanch and set aside

Cut the mushrooms into pieces and blanch them in water and set aside

Slice onions and ginger and set aside, mince garlic and set aside (I did not add garlic in what I made today because I don’t have any at home)

Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry onions and ginger until fragrant, then add mushrooms and stir-fry

Add a little light soy sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute

Add the rapeseed and stir-fry evenly. When the pot is heated, add salt, chicken essence and minced garlic to taste, and add a few drops of sesame oil to enhance the flavor
