Cheese Crackers
Overview
Every time I make heavy cheesecake with cream cheese, I get tired of it. This time I searched for a recipe and tried biscuits. It tastes super fragrant.

Soften cheese and butter, add sugar and beat until smooth.

Add egg mixture and beat well.

Sift in the flour and mix evenly.

Knead into a dough and set aside.

Roll out the dough into a sheet about 8mm thick and cut off the excess corners

Use chopsticks to randomly poke small holes, then use a thick straw to randomly poke large holes and cut into long squares.

Then cut diagonally into triangles to complete the biscuit dough. Place it into the middle shelf of a preheated 175°C oven and heat it up and down for 15-20 minutes
