Meat floss bread
Overview
This bread literally took two days to make, how lazy I am. It does take a long time to make bread, but you will be motivated to make it when you think about the additives you buy outside.

Steps
-
Put the liquid ingredients directly into the basin and weigh them, liquid first and then powder
-
After adding the flour, use a chef's machine to knead the dough on low setting, leaving out the butter and yeast. Just stir into a dough, no need to mix until smooth
-
Put it into a zip-keeping bag and leave it for more than an hour and a half. You can also put it in an indoor refrigerator.
-
Take out the dough and pull out the film
-
Continue to put the butter and yeast back into the mixer, mix well at low speed, then turn to medium-high speed. When the mixture is almost mixed, you can pull a small piece of dough to see if a thin film can appear.
-
This state is almost enough.
-
Put the dough into a basin, cover it with plastic wrap, put it in the oven, fill it with a bowl of water at about 40 degrees, close the oven and let it ferment. When the dough has doubled in size, use your fingers to put some flour on it and make a hole in the middle of the dough. It will rise without shrinking.
-
Take out the dough, press it gently with the palm of your hand to release the air, and then divide it into small doughs of 60 grams each.
-
After dividing, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes. Then use a rolling pin to roll it out from the middle into an oval shape on both sides, squeeze in an appropriate amount of salad dressing, put on the meat floss, and roll the dough out with your hands, which is more conducive to wrapping tightly. Then wrap the dough
-
The joint must be pinched tightly, otherwise you won’t know how it will stretch out when baking.
-
Make them one by one, put them in a baking pan, and put them in the oven for fermentation in water at about 40 degrees Celsius. After it has risen to 1.5 times in size, preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 20 minutes. You can brush the surface with egg wash or a layer of water. After it is evenly colored, cover it with tin foil.
-
After baking and letting cool, apply a layer of salad dressing
-
Stick it into the bowl with meat floss
-
The meat floss bread is finally out of the pan. It’s full of meat floss, so it’s not too delicious.
