Overview
Brushed white toast has a soft texture and a very good texture. It won't harden after being placed in a plastic bag for a few days. I unknowingly ate a third of it while taking pictures. I can't lose weight even if I want to.

Place all ingredients except butter into bread machine bucket. Soft to expansion stage.
