Soak the vermicelli in advance until soft, cut it and set aside.

Wash the baby cabbage and cut into pieces.

Boil it in a pot of boiling water, remove and drain.

Plate presentation: Place baby cabbage on the bottom, then top with vermicelli and drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce.

Chop the garlic into mince and fry in oil pan.

Pour in the minced garlic, put it in the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and steam for ten minutes.
