Overview
The leftover puff pastry dough can also be used to make some butterfly puff pastry. It's just that the size is obviously much smaller than normal. Only mini models. Maybe, it doesn’t need to be rolled up so tightly? The layers of puff pastry seem to be crowded together, and they don’t look so clear-cut. It sizzles with oil when grilled. It is indeed a high-fat food. The oily appearance is really frightening. How much fat will you gain if you take this bite?

Cut the puff pastry dough into a 6 cm long section

Brush the surface with clean water

Sprinkle with white sugar and spread evenly

Roll both ends toward the center
