Homemade Millet Curry Hot Pot

Overview

My cousin likes spicy food, so I thought about making a hot pot that I seldom eat. I made my own curry hotpot with millet and chili. Spicy and delicious. The most important thing is that there is no hot pot smell on my body after eating.

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and chop the millet and pepper. Slice tomatoes. I also wanted onions, which I didn’t have at home that day.

  2. Put oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add onion, ginger, garlic, millet, chili, and a spoonful of Pixian bean paste. Sauté until fragrant.

  3. Then add onions one after another and stir-fry potatoes until they change color. Add soy sauce and pepper powder.

  4. Add the chopped millet and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of water. The amount of water depends on how many people are eating hot pot. If there are more people, you can make more pot bases.

  5. After the pot boils, add curry powder, or curry pot.

  6. Add the tomato slices and add salt. The bottom of the pot is ready. Special reminder, if you can’t eat spicy food, be sure to add less chopped millet. Otherwise the bottom of the pot will be extremely spicy.

  7. Pair it with your favorite vegetables and enjoy a delicious curry hotpot. Spicy and delicious.
