Soak the vermicelli in advance until soft

Cut onion, ginger and meat and set aside

Pour oil into the pot, heat it over medium heat, add the meat slices and stir-fry

Add quick-frozen beans. The beans are local beans bought at the vegetable market in the summer. Then go home, clean, wash and freeze them, so that you can eat local beans in the cold winter. Then add more water, bring to a boil over high heat and add vermicelli salt.

Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes, opening the lid and stir-frying a few times to avoid burning the pot.
