Homemade plum wine
Overview
I was passing by the market and saw carts of green plums for sale. I thought they could be eaten directly as fruit, so I bought some and picked some yellow ones, thinking they would be sweeter. When I went back and ate it, wow, it was so sour. Is this food edible? How do other people eat? I quickly checked online. That’s it. . . . Because the yellow ones I bought are relatively ripe, I can only make them into yellow plum sauce, which tastes very good. I just made a mental note to choose something greener to make plum wine another day. When I was on the bus after get off work today, my husband called and said that he saw green plums selling in the market. Since he was carrying a lot of things and it was difficult to buy them, he asked me to buy some. Thus, the most delicious green plum wine was produced! !
