There are only simple seasonings, but the taste is very good. Moreover, the prepared meat sausage can be fried, stir-fried, or smoked with tea. In short, after the basic sausage is ready, you can make secondary innovations.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork buttocks and cut into 2-3 cm pieces
-
Grind the meat into a fine mince
-
Put the minced meat filling into the basin
-
Add seasonings according to taste. The seasoning ratio in the formula is only a reference. You can increase or decrease the type and proportion of seasonings according to your personal taste
-
Stir thoroughly
-
Salt the intestine casing, clean it, and then pass the inside of the intestine through the water, so that it will be smoother when filling
-
Prepare the enema mold head
-
Put the casing on the mold head, start the program, and pour the seasoned meat filling from the feed port. You can see that the meat filling is squeezed and transferred into the casing
-
Arrange the filled sausages with your hands. Poke small holes in the casings with a needle or the tip of a clean toothpick to let out excess air. Then use small strings to divide the sausages into small segments as needed, but do not fry them
-
Tie small pieces of meat sausage into a pot of cold water and cook slowly over low heat. Do not let the water boil, otherwise the meat filling will expand and the casing will rupture
-
You can use a spoon to scoop up water and pour it on top of the sausage, and continue to use the spoon to push the sausage to rotate gently in the water
-
After about 15 minutes, you can take the sausage out, let it cool naturally, then put it in a plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator
-
The prepared meat sausage can be sliced and eaten directly after cooling, or it can also be processed and eaten
-
Take two sausages and cut them into even thin slices
-
Put a little oil in a flat-bottomed frying pan and fry the two sausage slices until slightly browned
-
The fried sausage can be eaten with steamed buns, flatbreads, noodles, and rice. It tastes great
