Coke Chicken Wings

My best friend came back from out of town today, and she ordered Coke chicken wings, which naturally made her satisfied.

1. 1 Wash the chicken wings, score them twice, poke small holes with a toothpick, and marinate them with a little salt for a few minutes.

   

2. 2 Put oil in the pan, heat the oil and fry the chicken wings. You can pour water to remove the foam before frying.

   

3. 3 Fry until both sides are golden brown and crispy, pour in cola and coat with chicken wings. I poured about 400ml. You can add a little soy sauce.

   

4. 4 Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes and reduce the juice on high heat.

   

5. 5 Garnish with cilantro.
