Overview

Most of the snacks in my hometown are made of rice flour, which consists of rice flour and glutinous flour. There are many steps to make. I have always eaten what my mother made, and I haven’t made it since I got married. I have glutinous flour and pumpkin at home, so I mixed them together to make a simple one. Oh, I didn’t expect my daughter to like it too.

  1. Place the cleaned pumpkin on the pot and steam until cooked.

  2. Grind the fried soybeans into powder.

  3. Add a little water, corn oil, and sugar to the steamed pumpkin and beat into pumpkin pulp.
