Pumpkin glutinous rice
Overview
Most of the snacks in my hometown are made of rice flour, which consists of rice flour and glutinous flour. There are many steps to make. I have always eaten what my mother made, and I haven’t made it since I got married. I have glutinous flour and pumpkin at home, so I mixed them together to make a simple one. Oh, I didn’t expect my daughter to like it too.

Place the cleaned pumpkin on the pot and steam until cooked.

Grind the fried soybeans into powder.

Add a little water, corn oil, and sugar to the steamed pumpkin and beat into pumpkin pulp.

Add glutinous rice flour.

Mix well and put in the pot to steam until cooked.

After steaming, let cool.

Place bean noodles on the chopping board and spread out.

Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, roll up and cut into pieces.
