Overview
Originally, I like to make shredded potatoes with vinegar, which tastes a little harder, but my wife likes the texture of noodles, so I can only make it like this, but it is also delicious.

Peel the shredded potatoes, cut into shreds and soak in water for half an hour. Cut the garlic and onion into mince and prepare.
