1. 1 Wash fresh hawthorns with vegetable and fruit detergent to remove residual pesticides

   

2. 2 Remove all hawthorn cores

   

3. 3 Pour water and hawthorn into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, turn down to low heat, add rock sugar, and simmer until the pulp is soft and the juice is reduced

   

4. 4 Finally cool and put into glass bottles
