Stir-fried bacon with green garlic
Overview
Today I use green garlic as the protagonist to go with the bacon. This dish does not require a drop of oil. The sizzling and oily bacon is cooked and cut into slices, and then fried in a pan. The purpose of this is to not only release the fat from the bacon, but also to bring out the rich and salty taste. Then add the green garlic and simply stir-fry it. It will be caramelized, slightly spicy, and have a unique taste. The bacon is extremely delicious, rich in flavor, and very chewy. It is an invincible side dish.
