Prepare ingredients.

Peel the pears and grate them into shreds or puree.

Break open the mangosteen, remove the core of the dates and cut them into pieces, cut the ginger into shreds, rub the pears into the puree, and boil them together.

Turn on high heat first, then simmer over low heat for 1 hour to collect the juice.

Strain the juice and set aside.

Pour the juice into the pot and continue to simmer. First bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes to an hour. Finally, stir constantly to prevent the pot from sticking. In this state, you can turn off the heat.

The prepared pear cake is sticky and sweet. Store in an airtight jar, preferably refrigerated.
