Japanese fried seaweed potato pancakes
Overview
Potatoes are steamed and mixed with potato starch into a dough, wrapped in seaweed slices and fried until it becomes slightly translucent. It tastes a little chewy and chewy. After the seaweed slices are heated, the flavor becomes even more umami. It perfectly combines with the taste of potatoes to create a seafood flavor haha. Can be paired with mayonnaise, mayonnaise, salad dressing, ketchup, I like Thousand Island dressing. It is a very good casual snack~ Fry a few for your children to ensure that they will be happy~
