Wash the pomfret fillets, cut the front and back sides (it will be easier to pick up the flavor when cooked) and set aside;

Adjust the sauce: Pour salt, sugar, bean paste, chopped pepper paste, sweet noodle sauce, and steamed fish soy sauce into a bowl, add appropriate amount of water, mix well and set aside;
