An alternative way to eat celery leaves, using celery leaves instead of seaweed to make peanuts

Wash celery leaves in salt water and dry the surface moisture

Microwave dry and grind

Soak raw peanuts in light salt water for two hours

Drain the soaked raw peanuts

Bake the peanuts in the microwave and let them cool. You can also use a wok

Mix glutinous rice flour, appropriate amount of baking powder, salt and water to form a thick paste, depending on the amount of peanuts

To make breading flour, stir together glutinous rice flour, sugar, salt and celery leaves, adjust the taste

Put the peanuts in the thick batter and coat them with starch as evenly as possible
