Wash the tomatoes and prepare the tenderloin.

Blanch tomatoes in boiling water, peel and cut into pieces.

Pour in light soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar and appropriate amount of water and boil for three minutes, then reduce the juice over high heat. This is a soup dish that can be mixed with rice, so don't reduce the soup too much.
