Now wash the apricots with water.

Remove the core.

Place pitted apricots into a food processor and puree.

As shown in the picture, pureed apricots.

Pour the apricot puree into a bread bucket, add sugar, rock sugar, and lemon juice.

Cover the inner bowl of the bread machine with tin foil to prevent jam from splattering on the inner wall during jam making.

Press the jam button, it will display 1:20 minutes, then press start.

Put the prepared jam into a water-free and clean container and put it in the refrigerator to be eaten immediately.
