Wash the peppers, drain the water, remove the stems, cut into rings and set aside.

Wash and peel the loofah, slice diagonally and set aside.

Heat the pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add the peppers and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the loofah and add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, stir-fry a few times.

Remove from pan and plate.
