Mung bean cake
Overview
Mung bean is cold in nature and sweet in taste. It has the effect of clearing away heat and detoxifying. It has a good effect on reducing internal heat for people with dry mouth, excessive heat and constipation. Mung beans contain a type of phytosterol, whose structure is similar to cholesterol. After eating mung beans, the sterol combines with esterification enzyme, making the cholesterol unable to be absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract, thereby reducing the fat content in the blood.
