Mung Bean Noodle Ball Soup
Overview
The fried meatballs can be eaten directly. If you can’t finish them all at once, you can add some vegetables to make meatball soup. I didn't finish the fried mung bean noodles balls a few days ago, so I added mushrooms, vermicelli, soybean sprouts and rapeseed to make ball soup. The ingredients are rich and nutritious. It can be used as both a dish and a meal. It's very comfortable to eat a bowl of it warm.
