Overview
I recently bought shrimp and wanted to try making shrimp dumplings. After reading many recipes on the Internet that use carrots, I wonder why everything I ate in Guangzhou was made of asparagus, but why here it’s all made of carrots🥕. So, let me make an authentic one😄

Chop the pork filling, chop 1/3 of the shrimp into puree and put it in the meat filling, chop the asparagus into small pieces

Mix the flour with boiling water to form a dough. After rising for a quarter of an hour, roll it into a thin crust and add the filling. Don’t put too much filling, as the dough may crack easily
