Natural antibiotic-Malantou
Overview
When I was a child, I always lacked food and drink. Every March, my mother would prepare some stir-fried Malantou or something for us to eat. I didn’t like eating it. It always felt bitter and lacked oil, so I wanted to eat meat. But I don’t know who said that eating more can stop bleeding. I was afraid of nosebleeds, so I ate a lot. Time has passed, and now living standards have improved. I am tired of eating big fish and meat, and I miss the taste of wild vegetables again. At the end of March, I went out to have a close embrace with nature in my free time, and picked a lot of Malantou, which is definitely a green vegetable. Studies have shown that Malantou has obvious antibacterial effects on E. coli, dysentery bacilli and typhoid bacteria, and has a strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, so it is known as a natural antibiotic. Tonight, there was a plate of fragrant dry mixed malan on the table. I haven't eaten it in more than ten years. It didn't taste as bad as I remembered. It was very refreshing. When I chewed it, I felt that the fragrance was filling my mouth.
