  1. Melt the butter slices in water, add the powdered sugar, and stir evenly. No need to beat, then add the egg liquid and stir evenly.

  2. Pour in the chopped dark chocolate beans and mix well.

  3. Pour in the flour and stir evenly.

  4. Put the dough directly on the plastic wrap with your hands, squeeze it into a rectangle (the length, width, and height are according to your preference). And put it in the refrigerator to freeze until hard (about 1.5 hours).

  5. Cut the frozen rectangular dough into slices about 0.7CM thick with a knife.

  6. After cutting, place on baking sheet.

  7. Put in the preheated oven, 165 degrees, middle rack, for 10 minutes, until the surface is slightly golden. Let it cool down.
