Okra fried ham sausage
Overview
Okra has high nutritional value and a delicate taste. It is a very good ingredient. In the past two years, this southern ingredient has been available in the north, but the price is high, costing 25 yuan per catty. I only buy it and eat it occasionally, and I don’t think of it as a home-cooked dish. However, it is a relatively novel ingredient to use in New Year dishes in the north.
