Overview

I have a weekend break and I have time to mess around at home. I used a bread machine to make this applesauce. It tastes sour and sweet. I feel a sense of accomplishment. I use it to spread bread and steamed buns. It’s great! So I can’t wait to share it with my friends at Meitian!

  1. apples weigh about 500g, 1 lemon (only use half).

  2. Peel the apples and cut the lemons.

  3. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces, remove the seeds from the lemon and get the pulp.

  4. Place the processed apples and lemons in a food processor.

  5. Add 40ml Liangbaikai and make a puree.

  6. Pour fruit puree, white sugar, and rock sugar into the bread machine and turn on the "jam" function.

  7. Add appropriate amount of honey 5 minutes before the "Jam" function ends.

  8. Let cool and pour into a clean container.

  9. Apply it on the steamed buns, and the steamed buns will suddenly have connotation~
