Coconut Mango Purple Rice Porridge
Overview
A very simple porridge, added with mango and coconut milk, it is rich, soft and sweet. It tastes better especially after being refrigerated in the refrigerator. A bowl of it in the hot summer, the coconut flavor is rich, sweet and glutinous.

Soak glutinous rice and purple rice for more than 4 hours in advance, add appropriate amount of water, put it into the rice cooker and press the porridge button. (This step can be prepared the night before and cooked as scheduled, which is very time-saving)

Peel, peel and dice the mango.

Let the cooked purple rice porridge cool to room temperature, add diced mango, and pour in a tablespoon of coconut milk.
