Eggs + sugar + cream of tartar.

Beat at high speed until white and thick.

+ Flour, draw across the bottom of the pot from the upper right and come out from the lower left, stir in time until there is no dry flour.

Mix cream of tartar + less than water.

Take a small portion of the mixed cake batter and add it to the cocoa and mix well.

Brush the grinder with oil until there is a layer of cocoa paste on top of the cake batter.

Steam in a steamer for 20 minutes.
