Healthy old yogurt
Overview
This healthy old yogurt was made when my father was sick and hospitalized and had a bad appetite. The doctor suggested cooking some multigrain porridge. The method is quite simple, just choose different added ingredients according to individual body needs.

Prepare all ingredients;

First mix the cereal powder and sugar (it will be easier to mix), then add it to the milk and mix well;

Turn from medium to low heat and heat to about 60 degrees;

When the temperature of the liquid in step 1 drops to about 35 degrees, add the original yogurt, stir evenly, quickly put the mixed liquid into a bowl with a lid, and put it into an electric oven (or yogurt machine) with a heat preservation function (about 35 degrees). It will be ready to eat in about five to six hours (you can also make it and store it in the refrigerator before eating).
