Cocoa Ice Cream
Overview
In the hot summer, how can we miss ice cream? But if there is no ice cream machine, the ice cream needs to be stirred every now and then. Sometimes I forget, so I found this recipe. No stirring or eggs are required. It can be made in a few simple steps, but the taste is still delicious!

Pour the condensed milk into a bowl, add cocoa powder, and stir evenly with a hand whisk.

Whisk the whipped cream over ice until it reaches 9 points. As shown in the picture, the egg beater will have small sharp corners in advance.

Pour the cocoa condensed milk into the whipped cream. (You don’t need to take out the basin of whipped cream, just put it in ice water)

Mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze in the refrigerator until frozen.

When eating, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes, scoop it into balls, line it with melted chocolate, top with your favorite nuts, and enjoy!
