Super simple lemon paste

My husband's resistance is not very good. He is more afraid of cold than both of us. When the weather changes, he always catches a cold for a few days. However, he doesn't like to take medicine. He coughs and coughs every day, which makes him feel uncomfortable. So I made some lemon paste and soaked it in water for him to drink to enhance his immunity.

  1. Prepare 5 lemons.

  7. The sugar juice seems to be concentrated just right, and the lemon is very soft.

  8. Place into sterilized glass bottles while hot.

  9. The color of each piece is already very nice. Store it in the refrigerator. When eating, scoop it out with an oil-free and water-free spoon, soak it in warm water, and if you like it sweet, add honey.
