This is a light and refreshing little pickle that goes great with rice porridge.

Soak the hair with kelp silk and wash it thoroughly.

Boil water in a pot, add shredded kelp and cook, remove and let cool for later use.

Cut the salted mustard greens into shreds, rinse them, drain them and set aside.

Put the reserved mustard shreds and kelp shreds into a bowl, add chili oil and light soy sauce.

Mix well and serve
