Simplified version of beer duck

Add appropriate amount of starch to the duck and wash it three times with water.

Fry the duck in a dry pan to dry out as much water as possible.

When frying the duck, a lot of water will precipitate, so pour it away.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add ginger, garlic, and fat spicy seasoning and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add duck meat, two tablespoons of soy sauce and two tablespoons of salt and stir-fry evenly.

Add beer almost to the duck meat, add a bowl of water just enough to cover the duck meat, and simmer for about fifteen minutes.
