Overview
I never thought I could make ice cream at home, and the Petri PE9500 made this wish come true. The ice cream you make yourself has a mellow and fragrant taste, surpassing that of commercially available ice cream.

Combine all the milk and whipping cream

Pour 150 grams of mixed milk and whipping cream into the milk pot, add egg yolks and sugar, and stir evenly

The ice cream bucket has been frozen for more than 12 hours in advance. Shake the ice cream bucket when you take it out. If there is no sound, it means it is frozen

Pour the refrigerated and cooled ice cream slurry into the ice cream bucket, put it into the bread machine, press the iMix button, and set the time for 30 minutes

The mixed ice cream is still soft. Place it in the refrigerator for two hours and then you can take it out and scoop it into balls.
