Fried salmon bones
Overview
My friend's shop only sells excellent quality chilled Norwegian salmon. Unfortunately, I don't eat raw food, so I can't enjoy it, so I had to try the fish bones that are full of fish meat. They are half-fried and half-fried until the bones are crispy. It is really the best choice for drinking.

Ingredients
Steps
-
This salmon is super large, the fish bones are cut off, lemon is cut in half, and black pepper is cracked.
-
Rinse the fish bones and cut them into sections, put them in a small basin and squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
-
A pinch of salt
-
Appropriate amount of black pepper, you don't have to add it if you don't like it.
-
The weather is hot now, so I need to marinate it in the refrigerator for half an hour
-
Heat the wok with oil, the amount of oil used is about 400 grams. Before placing the fish bones in the pot, add a spoonful of cornstarch and mix well.
-
When the fish bones are put into the pot, fry them over low heat, and be careful to shake the pot to prevent them from sticking.
-
Keep the heat low and fry until golden brown on both sides.
-
Heat the oil pan again until it is smoking slightly, add the fish bones and fry again until the fish bones are crispy. Take it out while it's hot and sprinkle some cumin powder and chili powder on it.
