I have always wanted to make egg fried rice that is delicious, tasty and delicious. After many times of guidance from my mother, I finally got a taste of her! I wonder if my child will have a taste of me in her mind when she grows up!

I prepared enough food for three people, so I prepared three eggs, half a piece of plum lunch meat, 3-4 slices of purple cabbage, half a green onion, and 5-6 okra (blanch them with salt in advance, add the okra to the water after it boils for two minutes, then put it in a bowl and set aside)

First stir-fry the eggs and set aside (add salt when beating the eggs)

In another pot, sauté the green onions, sauté until fragrant, add the luncheon meat and purple cabbage and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the rice (the fried leftover rice tastes better and is more chewy), pat it apart and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes. Add an appropriate amount of fine salt or oyster sauce according to your own taste (no oyster sauce was added this time). When the pot is about to start, add the chopped okra and stir-fry twice.
